When Mark Crandall returns to Greenville to sell his mother’s home, he leaves his construction business, expecting to be back to work in two weeks. A chance meeting with an old friend leads him to Elizabeth Parker, which turns their worlds upside down.

Elizabeth, widowed for two years, finds herself faced with an unexpected attraction to Mark. To add to her stress, her income as realtor and her retirement funds have been impacted by the downturn in the economy, and her oldest son is begging for money to launch his career as a rock star.

Frightened and confused by the emotions Mark has awakened, Elizabeth is afraid her attraction to this man is tantamount to being unfaithful. Her deceased husband, Edward, owned over 40 years of her life, and she never imagined she could fall in love again. Has God brought these two together for an unexpected chance at love?
