As a teacher, Gwen Lamont has her summers free. To everyone’s surprise, she accepts an uncle’s dare to help him with his long haul trucking business for a few months. It will be an adventure she can share with her students. Over the CB, Gwen meets a man known as “Lion King. ” He turns out to be Lionel Bradshaw, a professional trucker and Christian who breathes life to a fire she thought was long dead. Still, she reluctantly pairs with Lionel in the close tractor quarters to help her uncle meet a delivery deadline. Can Gwen and Lionel keep a friendly distance between them? Where could this relationship go anyway, with her going back to teaching and him on the road?
