DiAnn Mills’ new novel The Survivor delves into the
pain of betrayal and loss and how God brings about
resolution. Book two in her Crime Scene: Houston
Series (Zondervan), the novel was based on a real-life
FBI Houston cold case, “This is the case of a 9-year-old
girl who survived a brutal attack, gave a composite
of the attacker, and 20 years later, an arrest was made
because of her willingness to help with the investigation,”
DiAnn says. “When I first learned about it, I
knew her story had to be the foundation for a novel.
Through this story I want to encourage my readers to
believe anything is possible with God.”
