The annual Carol Awards are ACFW’s recognition for the best Christian fiction published by traditional publishing houses in the previous calendar year. The 2012 winners were announced Sept. 22, 2012, in Dallas, TX, at the American Christian Fiction Writers’ conference gala. ACFW also announced the winners of its 2012 Genesis Contest for unpublished Christian writers.
