After raising children and before caring for her aging parents, Catherine was an elementary school teacher, where she developed her flair for playacting and storytelling. After retirement, Catherine needed a distraction and found it at her keyboard. When not writing or playing with the grandchildren, she sings in the church choir, attends Bible Study Fellowship, and is an inspirational speaker. Catherine and her husband presently reside in northern California.
