About The Author

Jill writes inspirational romances in which relationship with God is intrinsic to the romance growing between a man and woman. In 2005, her short historical romance novel, Faithful Traitor, a story set in New York during the American Revolution, won both the Carol Award and RWA's Inspirational Readers' Choice Award. Three of her novellas have also been finalists in these contests. Jill loves researching unusual settings and eras, and animals have a way of sneaking into her plots. When she isn't writing, she teaches literature/composition courses for a local home school co-op, plays keyboard for her church worship team, and brainstorms stories with her author daughter. Jill Stengl lives in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with her husband and three spoiled cats. They also have four grown children, and have added two more by way of weddings.
