The Christian publishing community lost a dear sister, Sandra D. Bricker, who passed away from complications from a pulmonary embolism on November 18, 2016 in Toledo. Over the course of more than two dozen books, Sandie carved out a niche as an author of laugh-out-loud fiction for the inspirational market, combining humor and spirituality with life lessons. She was named the 2015 ACFW (American Christian Writers Association) Editor of the Year for her work in Christian romantic fiction.
